Every truck entering or leaving a factory means locating, moving and counting pallets and boxes correctly. For Tapla, a company specialising in flocked solutions for the automotive sector, I created the tool that lets them digitally manage their warehouse organisation system, speeding up every load and unload.
From the office, warehouse bays are configured and daily shipments are scheduled, with all client, box and pallet information always up to date.
Large screens installed in the warehouse itself show, in real time, how pallets and boxes are distributed in each bay, and which shipments are due that day. This way, the team always knows what to load and where to find it, without needing to check a computer.
